SERVICE HOURS
Normal service hours are 9:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our goal is to repair and return your equipment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on parts availability.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Emergency rates apply to all work after normal hours.
All estimate costs applied to service costs if work is performed.
All rates rounded up to nearest hour.
Field service billed at a minimum of a half-day.
Consulting includes all telephone support.
All bills must be paid within 30 days or an 18% late fee will be assessed.
GACC reserves the right to bill $45 for time spent on equipment problems not duplicated in the shop.
